By Road:
From the North on the A19: After leaving the Easingwold By Pass at the roundabout, take the next turning right signposted to Alne.
From the South: 5 miles North of Shipton by Beningbrough take the left turning signposted to Alne. After one and a half miles at the T junction, turn left into Alne main street. Turn left into Monk Green and the entrance to Home Farm and Alders is approx 200 years on the left.

By Public Transport:
The nearest train station is York with a bus service providing a connection to Alne at certain times during the day.
